Fenner Precision is a division of global engineering giant, Fenner PLC.
As a global leader in elastomerics, Fenner manufactures custom polymer solutions across multiple markets; from 3d printing, digital print and self-service machines to transportation, infrastructure and offshore oil and gas.
Creating an online presence, reflective of a $1billion turnover corporation, coupled with the need to communicate Fenner’s custom-designed solutions to customers around the world, presented a huge challenge – this is where Fenner turned to Fox Agency.
Our solution
A starting point was to fully immerse ourselves in Fenner’s world – through location visits and internal workshops, Fox Agency gained a deep understanding of Fenner markets, solutions and what makes Fenner special.
Secondly, we partnered with specialist b2b research agency, B2B International to survey Fenner customers and prospects across multiple markets – to find out exactly what they need from a trusted partner.
Fox created a new global online presence, in addition to internal communications across global locations to identify customer needs and highlight market propositions for Fenner solutions.
Fox also developed an integrated online marketing strategy to roll out aimed at increasing online visibility across key global markets.
The outcomes
The new global site was launched to a great reception from both internal teams and external audiences – including huge OEM customers.
New customer profiles have been adopted across Fenner locations in Europe and North America, leading to clear value propositions and more effective marketing communications.
Website traffic has already increased by 50% with a significant increase in traffic from non-brand keywords – leading to enquiries from previously untapped markets.
