What did Fox do?
A starting point was to fully immerse ourselves in Fenner’s world – through location visits and internal workshops Fox gained a deep understanding of Fenner markets, solutions and what makes Fenner special.
Secondly, we partnered with specialist b2b research agency, B2B International to survey Fenner customers and prospects across multiple markets – to find out exactly what they need from a trusted partner.
Fox created a new global online presence which launched in 2015, in addition to internal communications across global locations to identify customer needs and highlight market propositions for Fenner solutions.
Fox also developed an integrated online marketing strategy to roll out in 2016 aimed at increasing online visibility across key global markets.
