Senior Account Manager/Account Director – Leeds
You’re an uber-switched on Senior Account Manager looking to step-up or an experienced Account Director seeking a new challenge.
You’ve seen it all in agencies. You’ve worked with exciting start-ups and global B2B brands alike; and you know your stuff across integrated activity – online or offline, you’re as comfortable discussing digital strategy as you are delivering brand collateral.
You have a proven track record of growing client accounts – not just through delivering great work but through building relationships, identifying new opportunities and being a trusted advisor to clients.
You understand the need to get out and see clients. You don’t hide behind email and you’re not afraid of having the higher-level discussions that help define client objectives and needs.
You have credibility and can be trusted to get out there and make it happen.
You like to win – new clients, new projects and by hitting revenue targets.
You have a genuine interest in being interested – in understanding client businesses, their markets, solutions, audiences and how ‘it all works’.
You understand the need to delegate and you can manage and nurture junior members of the team. Your team respects you and wants to learn from you.
