You’re a switched-on and commercially savvy Account Manager or Senior Account Exec with a minimum of 3 years agency experience.
You thrive on taking ownership of client accounts, individual projects and for hitting ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
You have experience across the board – digital and offline; you understand how integrated marketing works and you have proven experience and expertise.
You’re always proactive, never passive and always willing to pick up the phone.
You don’t hide behind email.
You’re great with clients; able to gain their trust and respect and are seen to ‘get it’ 9 times out of 10.
You’re ambitious and demonstrate the commitment required to excel, grow and progress.
You are genuine, a positive influence, truly interested and demonstrate an ability to make things happen.
Directly responsible for several key accounts, you will be responsible for all day-to-day requirements, whilst growing revenue and achieving profitability targets.
Responsible for planning, scoping, briefing and managing integrated campaigns for clients spanning industries such as technology, electronics and engineering.
Briefing internal teams, managing external partners and meeting, liaising and presenting to clients (including some UK and International travel).
Maintaining and reporting on internal revenue and profitability measurements for your clients.
Reporting to an Account Director or Senior Account Manager you will be expected to coach and mentor more junior members of the team.
