We’ve got a great job going for a super-talented designer, working on fantastic briefs for world-leading B2B and tech brands. You’ll have loads of creative freedom and plenty of opportunity to be a great designer and push yourself as part of a big-thinking agency made up of talented, ambitious and friendly people.
Maybe four or five years into your career, but much, much older in dog years. You’ll be all over a digital-first approach, but equally happy with print and branding, as well as illustration, paper, photography, letterpress and all those things that creatives fetish about. In other words, you’re already a really good graphic designer, with confidence, flair and tons of ambition and potential.
Frankly, you are a superstar in the making. We’ll call this a middleweight role, but you’re unlikely to be satisfied with that tag for long.

Reporting to the Creative Director, projects range from creating new brands, looking after existing ones and developing the visual style for comms and content, to all-out layout, print design and exhibition concepts. Anything and everything to do with making our clients look amazing in the space they inhabit.
You’ll need to have vision and the ability to realise it: taking concepts from first scribble, to a beautifully crafted visual and ultimately, artwork, using all the expected programs and working across print and digital with equal confidence.
This is a team game. So you’ll be expected to take responsibility for your job, while communicating and working well with others. In practice, this means managing your time, workload and expectations – to deliver your projects in full, to deadlines.
Some specific responsibilities:
- Produce graphic design for a variety of briefs.
- Develop work to finished artwork stage where necessary.
- Visualise campaign concepts and ideas.
- Work with photographers, illustrators, animation specialists and the like.
- Art direct photography and video.
- Present your ideas to the wider team, as well as to clients.
- Get stuck into pitches and presentations.
- Go the extra mile to help us achieve greatness!
