The opportunity

It’s all about the ideas, people: We’re looking for a very smart, super-creative thinker to deliver the goodies for our ever-expanding list of B2B tech clients. Hold onto your beanie – you’ll be mainlining tech, global-ness, brands, big campaigns, and all the fun that goes with it.


Obviously, you’re talented. You come up with big ideas for a living. And you work in a well-regarded agency (possibly even a rival). You’re a terrific writer. But strictly speaking, you don’t even have to write, because this is the big picture end of things – the concept, the line, or the business-defining thought that becomes a brilliant campaign, and leads to a gazillion ‘interactions’ elsewhere down the funnel. If you can do that one special thing for our world-leading tech clients, then we’re all happy.

The role

This is an important role in the agency. Reporting to the Creative Director, we’ll need you to:

  • Come up with big, creative campaign concepts.
  • Roll out campaign executions – ads, social, video, etc.
  • Work closely with the strategy bods to develop compelling brand ideas.
  • Write treatments, stories and scripts for video and film.
  • Present your ideas, and sell your work – internally and to clients.
  • Work on your own, or together with an art director, depending on the brief.
  • Chip in with the occasional long-copy piece – e.g., blogs.
  • Be a general source of ideas and a force for creativity around the agency.

The Agency

We use all this to produce fantastic campaigns for global B2B tech brands which include Sony, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Delphi Technologies, BOBST, BearingPoint, Brother, OV, Manx Telecom and Leica.
