You

You are currently confident in planning, managing and implementing Paid campaigns across a number of different channels, and are now looking for that next challenge to work with large B2B clients and take it to the next level.

You have in depth knowledge of at least one for the following tactics with a hunger to learn more; Digital Display, Paid Search, Paid Social.

You enjoy working within a team of intelligent, talented and like-minded people, while being happy to work on your own to achieve great results.

The Role

The role of the digital expert is to be the expert within your field and to meet the needs of our clients and to exceed their expectations. Building on your existing knowledge and skills, the Digital Expert will be tasked with defining user needs and analysing user experience data, design and execute solutions, and reporting on performance. You will work alongside the Digital Strategists and Head of Digital to create a high-performing centre of digital excellence.

Areas of Expertise

As a Digital expert you will have a set of unique expertise relating to your experience. You will endeavour to maintain and grow your knowledge within your chosen area(s). You will keep up-to-date with the latest thinking and best practice and bring this knowledge to the Digital Team and clients as required.

Paid Media:

Paid media strategy (across all channels, feeding into to the Digital Strategist)

Channel expertise includes one or more – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Digital Display

Ability to setup, configure and optimise social and search campaigns

Design and implement paid campaigns

Report, analyse and optimise performance

Salary

£25k – £30k depending upon experience
