Creative Artworker - Salary £30-£35,000 plus benefits - Location: It happens to be based in Leeds, but we’re not sure if that really matters any more.

The Opportunity

Not for the faint hearted: We’re a busy, busy, tech b2b agency, with a multi-talented team producing all kinds of campaigns and content for world-leading brands. We badly need a rock-steady creative artworker to become one of us – only better organized.


If there’s a cock-up. And turns out it’s your fault. Self-loathing burns through you like that stuff on Alien. That’s just the kinda person you are. On the flip side though, you’re up-beat, creative, and you know a fantastic bit of work when you see it. (Or produce it.) Meanwhile, your base-line artwork-y credentials are: meticulous; accurate. Adobe expertise; efficient; quick, Re-touching skills; and calm. We’d love it if you’d been there and done it properly – and you can show us how.

The role

What it’s not: old-school artworking for 400 page catalogues, or car dealership ads.

What it is: It’s creative. It’s artwork. It’s varied. But essentially, it’s about taking a concept, a brand, a design, or a campaign, and implementing it across a range of media, formats, and sizes. For example, banner ads, infographics, email, presentations, trade press ads, dm and brochures (it turns out ‘print’ is still with us). Usually there are brand guidelines involved. You’ll be taking varying degrees of direction from creatives – working from a scribble, or a finished mac visual – and delivering a finished piece of work, with all the boxes neatly ticked. Often, you’ll need to put your creative spin on things. And sometimes, like Ringo, you’ll get a whole song on the album.
