We have video and animation projects coming out of our ears. (Weird). So we need another talented Motion Graphics Designer to join us, pronto. You’ll get to do your thing for some very sexy tech brands.
Of course you’re creative. Of course you love film-making. Of course you’ve got all the skillz. But just so we’re clear, here’s the basic CV checklist:
- Can-do attitude
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Handy with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (to create the assets)
- Good ol’ fashioned graphic design ability
- Multi-tasking skills
- Sound design, with the ability to manipulate audio clips
- Experience of Cinema 4D would be a benefit but not essential
This is one for a motion graphics pro. Someone who can take charge of a video brief, and do something nice with it. Including the storyboarding (and storytelling if you can), asset design, animation, audio, and editing. Ultimately, creating great content that people will actually enjoy watching. Also, when things get technical, the account handlers will all turn round and look at you. So you’ll need to know your stuff. Or blag it convincingly. It’s busy, and fast-paced, and all the other things that agencies usually say (because it’s true….)
