Melissa has already made a huge impact in her role as CFO. She joins us at a significant moment for Fox Agency, as we take great strides forward with our ambitious plans for the start of FY22, which is only a matter of weeks away.
Having worked as a Financial Controller for many years at VML London, Ogilvy, and Gain Theory, Melissa has an extensive background of financial expertise which we warmly welcomed to Fox Agency. Her ability to speak French and German proved advantageous in many of her previous roles and comes in pretty handy with our global clients too.
“Outside of work you will find me enjoying life with a glass of red in hand, looking at properties for sale in Italy, learning and of course, playing with Ringo and Star my two bonkers border collies.”
Fox Agency’s hybrid working model was a great attraction for Melissa. It meant she could work anywhere around the world and make full use of her linguistic abilities. She officially became our first globally remote CFO!
Though Melissa’s head is firmly in the Fox Agency finances, you can sometimes find her working remotely from her local beach or balcony, overlooking the beautiful Italian coastline on the Adriatic coast of Palata, Italy. When she misses the hustle and bustle and craves something other than incredible fresh Italian pasta, Melissa returns home to London and is happy to walk the dogs in all weathers.
We cannot wait to welcome Melissa to the Leeds HQ for our upcoming FOX X event, as we all celebrate together the past achievements of the agency and the future of delivering greatness we plan to achieve. We have plenty to celebrate, with a fantastic growing client list of global tech companies and a team which has now doubled in headcount. Heads up for more news on FOX X shortly.
