Fuelling The Fox Growth Engine
Driving accelerated growth across UK & Europe.
We’re reflecting on the first half of 2025, in what was a standout period of growth for Fox Agency.
Since introducing our strategic vertical focus last year, supported by an expanded leadership team, we’ve seen revenue increase 21% year-on-year and EBITDA receive a 167% year-on-year boost!
Our move to a verticalised approach saw us create Lead Consultant roles for our high-growth industry verticals, including Industry 4.0 & Connectivity, Automotive, and SaaS & Transformation. We also implemented vertically-aligned internal teams across consultancy, strategy, creative, content, PR, media, and technology services to enhance the way we operate for our existing and new client partners.
While the latest IPA Bellwether analysis shows marketing budgets appear to be rising again, they are still in the negative – rising from -12.9% in Q125 to -3% in Q225. Amid the reported ongoing industry downturn, it is encouraging to see that our team’s dedication and focused efforts, have enabled us to buck the trend in the first half of 2025.
Driven by the expansion of existing accounts and new client wins in the UK & Europe, we’re proud to share that we’ve increased year-on-year revenues across all key verticals in H1 2025, with Industry 4.0 up 47%, Automotive up 16%, and SaaS & Transformation up 7%. We’re also thrilled to have welcomed new clients including TE Connectivity, Digital Realty, and Parker Hannifin, which have increased net new account revenue by 193% compared to the same period last year.
Instrumental to this growth was the appointment of Rachel Lofthouse as our Managing Director for UK & Europe in August 2024. Since moving into this role, Rachel has expanded the team with the addition of four new senior hires, including Head of Creative, Head of Growth, Head of Media & Performance, Head of Operations and Project Management.
Commenting on these H1 results, Rachel shares: “Since its conception almost 15 years ago, Fox Agency continues to demonstrate its ability to adapt and evolve to meet ever-changing market and customer needs. Our vertical, consultancy-led approach to client partnerships has ensured we are well-positioned to support global B2B tech clients achieve their business goals.”
Our Global CEO, Ben Fox adds: “Global firms across all tech verticals are seeking growth whilst tackling a multitude of economic, political, market, and operational challenges. More than ever, they need agency partners with proven expertise and commercial know-how in their field. Only then will they deliver creative approaches that reach, connect, and engage the right audiences, driving real business outcomes.”
We’re delighted to see our strategic approach paying off and look forward to discovering what further opportunity awaits for ourselves and our clients in H2 and beyond.
