Since 1908, and their beginnings as a sewing machine company, in Nagoya, Japan, Brother Group has been on a mission to develop technologyfor changing customer needs – taking in typewriters, fax machines, printers, scanners (and karaoke)along the way. In 2014, they were looking for an agency to bring new thinking to a b2b customer insight project.
