Connex is the biggest annual event in ALE’s calendar, and the Pandemic wasn’t going to stop it. A virtual event was needed, but what was paramount was truly connecting – with global teams, analysts and partners – so ALE could showcase and onboard their vision for the marketplace both on the world stage and on a human level. How could this be achieved successfully and remotely?

Inspiring a better way to connect
Our answer was GoFuture – not just an event, but an inspirational digital experience of speakers, video content, workshops and interactive stands that explored how ALE is embracing new trends and technologies to enable a brighter future of connectivity.
Connex22 brought together over 3500 delegates across 50 countries – including global partners across their vertical markets as well as key industry analysts – with a message of positive momentum, transformation and opportunity. It was a showcase of powerful and seamless connectivity in the face of massive global challenges. And it was a huge hit.
How we did it
To ensure Connex22 was as impactful as it could be, we had four main areas of focus:
Concept and identity creation including a full suite of platform assets
Event & Production Management
Planning the entire production process, including pre-event project management support, live day running orders, show flow and content production orchestration.
Content Production & Post-production
Coordinated speakers for rehearsals, recordings and direction, with live video shoots in Paris as well as full post-production, motion graphics and animation.
Event Comms & PR
Handling all event comms including PR and Social activity in the run-up to and live during the event to a global audience.
