Ever spotted a breathtaking artwork and wished you could own it? That dream is becoming real, in part thanks to our client Nimi.
Keeping an art gallery or museum afloat is a mammoth task – a labour of love complicated by having to make it pay. But in the blockchain era, a revolution is taking shape. Many patrons want more than to just gaze at canvases. They want involvement and ownership. They want the prestige that comes with curating great art, but without taking out a second or third mortgage to do it.
Digitalising art makes this possible. But it also radically alters the way institutions invest, engage and fundraise. That’s where Nimi comes in.
The Nimi school
Nimi gives institutions a new way to share their collections – and importantly, a new revenue stream. They help museums to issue and market authentic digital replicas of chosen works in the form of non-fungible tokens (a.k.a. NFTs). Art lovers can then build their own digital gallery, and institutions can promote members-only experiences that build a community of like-minded culture vultures.
Putting a brand into sharp relief
Following a competitive pitch, we’ve been appointed to support Nimi with their own digital presence. Our first job? Educating museums about the powerful benefits of NFT enablement. Together, we‘ll transform their website experience to position Nimi as the go-to partner for attracting digital-age patrons.
We’ll then reframe the Nimi brand, with a targeted digital marketing strategy across organic and paid channels including SEO, social, web, and email.
Culture is close to our hearts at Fox Agency, so we’re thrilled to have been called upon. It’s an opportunity for us to continue working at the next level of web3 technology, and play a small part in shaping the future of art.
