A fresh half dozen
‘Growing fast’ is an understatement. Meet our SIX newest Foxes, already proving their worth.
Two months ago, we had a bit of a Jaws moment. We were going to need a bigger boat – or at the very least, more hands on deck.
The trigger? A flurry of big client wins including Gamma, PHINIA and OneStream. They were all pointing to one thing – that we needed even more B2B tech experts to help create opportunity for our ambitious global clients.
Our Big Six
The growing demand for our integrated offering within B2B tech meant it was imperative that we chose people whose skills and experience would match the needs of our new, existing and future clients.
So, without further ado, here are the six superstars we’ve welcomed on board:
Tom Sulley – Senior Art Director
Richard Jefferson – Senior Conceptual Copywriter
Lucy Bristow – PR Director
Steve Crookes – Studio and Traffic Manager
Will Greaves – Project Manager
Leyton Williams – Finance Assistant
Our newbies bring our total hires in FY23 to 15, and our total headcount to 60. But we’re not stopping there: we’re on the lookout for more names across motion, creative, PR and operations before Christmas.
Instant impact
For any new Fox, hitting the ground running is the number one requirement. Over the last few weeks, our new recruits have done just that. Thankfully, they bring a wealth of experience from across numerous client accounts including The Economist, Halifax, Audi and Visa as well as the agencies cain&abelDBB and Havas CX Helia.
In the words of Ben Fox, our CEO: “These six new team members are vital in ensuring we’re positioned to adapt and evolve with the growing needs of global marketing teams. They all contribute unique and valuable skills to the agency.”
