In 2016, the global fintech and regtech markets were booming – the fintech market alone was worth nearly $870billion. In the midst of this, Fox Agency was appointed to launch a global provider of fraud, identity and compliance solutions. This truly global business would have operations in the UK, US, and Asian markets, with applications across a range of sectors – from banking and finance to online gaming, gambling, and retail.
The platform promised the complete solution, reducing the risk of fraud and identity theft, whilst enabling smoother transactions for consumers and organisations alike, and Fox was appointed as a trusted partner to help create, launch and grow the brand across key global markets.
What did Fox Agency do?
Fox started by branding the fintech platform through research, naming, and brand identity development. The business became TruNarrative. We then established the online presence with content, design, and build for their global website. This was followed by launch and growth activity, centered around appearances at global industry events including LendIt, CIFAS, and Money 2020.
Our ongoing work with TruNarrative includes B2B PR, content creation, social media management, lead-generation activity, digital marketing and support across future global industry events.
Fox successfully launched TruNarrative as a key player in the global fintech market and continues to support the brand in its future growth opportunities. We have built a positive awareness of TruNarrative among key industry players, leading to prestigious partnerships with the likes of CIFAS, Credit Bureau Malaysia, Credit Safe and Hello Soda.
We have also generated an extensive pipeline of leads and opportunities for the brand, which is a major contributing factor to the success of the platform’s sales since its release in mid-2017.
