Through an in-depth discovery and strategy process, we were able to identify a revolutionary brand position for Cassie to own – standing for a better relationship with data and customers to enable new pathways towards achieving business goals. And it would all begin with respect.

Respect is the foundation of consent. It builds trust and positive outcomes, and meets the expectations of today’s customers. The idea allowed Cassie to shout from the rooftops: “Stop seeing customer data as a compliance challenge, and embrace it as adding value.”

With this bold new positioning, we concepted a brand identity and messaging that brought to life the power of respect, supported by a comprehensive new set of design and tone of voice guidelines. The brand was launched through a new global website, video content, digital activation, organic and paid social and ongoing demand gen activity. This was just the start of what respect could build.
